SLA 는 저온 압력 용기용
탄소강 강판을 말합니다.
압력 용기용 강판은
온도를 나타내는 용어가,
앞에 나타나는 탄소 강판이 두가지가 있습니다.
하나는 그냥 압력 용기용 강판으로
중.상온 압력 용기용 강판의 재질 약호로
SGV410 , SGV450 , SGV480 세가지 Grade가 있으며
저온압력용기용으로는
KS D 3541 에서는 SLAI 라는 약호로
SLAI 235 , SLAI 325 강종이 있고
Charpy 충격 조건에 따라
SLAI 235A 와 SLAI 235B ,
SLAI 325A 와 SLAI 325B 로 구분되며
JIS G 3126에서는 “I”가 빠진
SLA235B , SLA 325B 와 같은 규격으로 나타납니다.
강재에 결정 입자를 미세화 시키는 Al (알루미늄)의 첨가와
Normalizing열처리, Quenching & Tempering 열처리로
결정 입자의 균질화와 미세화를 구현한
저온 압력 용기용 탄소 강판으로,
SLA235 Grade는 모두 Normalizing KS규정이지만
SLA325 급인 SAL325A는 Normalizing을
SLA325B 는, Normalizing 열처리 또는
Quenching & Tempering 열처리로 구분됩니다.
※ Normalizing — Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed
by air cooling. The purposes of this operation are to eliminate
the influence of pre-working, to render the crystal grains
finder and to improve their mechanical properties.
※ Quenching — Operation which consists of cooling
a ferrous products more rapidly then in still air.
The use of a term specifying the cooling condition is recommended,
for example air-blast quenching, water quenching, step quenching, etc.
※ Steels for low temperature service (저온용강재, 低溫用鋼材)
Steel products manufactured for the pressure vessels and structures
used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.
저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.
