Grade D Plate,
길게 쓰려니, 쓰기 싫고,

간단히 Gr. D 라고도 씁니다.
Grade에는 A, B, D, E 가 있습니다.

Grade가 올라갈수록
알파벳으로 뒤로 갈수록

에스키모인을 닮아갑니다.
Grade가 올라갈수록 추위에 강한 강재로

CVN (Charpy V-Notch)값은
41 joule 수준이지만…일부 선급 강종은 다르기도 함.

충격 시험 온도가
A Grade  는 20℃, B는 0℃,

D Grade  는 -20℃, E는 -40℃입니다.
이 강종은 ASTM A131, DNV, LR,

BV, ABS 등 선급 마다 모두 나타나는 강종으로
항복 강도 315, 인장강도 440~570 MPa 수준입니다…선급마다 다를 수 있음.

배를 만들 때,
선박을 건조할 때 사용되는 강판으로

GL 외에는 거의
C, Si, Mn, P, S 만 관리 생산합니다.

이 Steel Grade는 모두 Shipbuilding에 사용되는 강재들로
Classification 과 관련됩니다.

※ Impact Test (충격 시험 : 衝擊試驗)
Test of evaluating toughness or brittleness of materials to examine
the magnitude of absorbed energy, fracture appearance, deformation
behavior, crack propagation behavior, etc. in breaking test piece by
applying impact load.
According to the manners to apply impact load, there are various
test methods such as impact tensile, impact compression, impact
bending, impact torsion, etc.
Further, according to kinds of testing machine to be used, they
are also divided into charpy impact test, Izod impact test, etc.

파단 시키고, 소요된 에너지의 대소, 파면의 양산, 변형거동, 균열의
진전 거동 등에 따라 평가를 하는 시험.
충격 하중 방법에 따라 충격 인장, 충격 압축, 충격 비틀림 시험 등이 있고
사용되는 시험기의 종류에 따라, 사르피 충격 시험, 아이조드
충격 시험으로 구분됩니다.
