KS D3521, JIS G3115 에 압력용기용 강판 규격이 있습니다.
Intermediate temperature service용으로

고온과 저온에서는 사용하지 못하는 강판입니다.
KS 에서의 표기는 SPPV 로 표기하며

JIS에서의 표기는 SPV로 표기됩니다.
SPV315 , SPV355 , 또는 SPPV315 , SPPV355 와 같은 표기에

나타나는 숫자는 최소 항복 강도를 나타냅니다.
이 강판들의 열처리는 압연한 그대로 사용하든지(As Roll)

Normalizing 열처리, 약자 “N”을 붙여 SPV355N 으로 나타내  열처리 강재임을 확실히 함.
TMCP, QT 열처리를 선택 할 수 있습니다.

Charpy 흡수 에너지는 SPV315, SPV355인 경우
0℃에서 각각의 시험편은 27 joule 이상

3개의 평균치는 47 joule 이상이여야 하며
V-notch 압연 방향으로 시편을 채취합니다.

물론 공급자와 수요자간의 협의에 따라
Transverse 방향으로도 가능합니다.

SPV 강재는 Heat Treatment 에 따라 다음과 같은 Symbol이 따릅니다.
TMC :  When steel plates are subjected to thermo-mechanical controlled processing

N   :  When steel plates are subjected to normalizing   (ex)  SPV355N
Q   :  When steel plates are subjected to quenching and tempering

TN : When a test piece alone is subjected to normalizing
SR :  When a test piece is subjected to heat treated
which is equivalent to post-weld heat treated

TQ :  When a test piece alone is subjected to quenching and tempering

※ Normalizing (불림 :燒準)
Heat treatment consisting of austenitizing followed by air cooling.
The purposes of this operation are to eliminate the influence of pre-working,
to render the crystal grains finder and to improve their mechanical properties.

오스테나이트화 후 공기 중에서 냉각하는 열처리로
노말라이징 열처리의 목적은 강재 생산 앞 공정에서 받은 응력 (Stress)를 풀어주고
결정립을 미세화, 표준화 시켜, 기계적 성질을 향상 시키는 열처리를 말합니다.
