또는 다른든가에 따라서
등변 ㄱ형강 ….. Equal Angle.

부등변 ㄱ형강 ….. Unequal
부등변 부등 두께 ㄱ형강이라 한다….Inverted

이와 같은 분류는
모양에 따른 분류이고

강종에 따라 탄소강 앵글 ….. Carbon
스테인레스 앵글로 나뉩니다 …. Stainless

※ Carbon Steel (炭素鋼 : 탄소강)
Steel made by alloy iron and carbon of which carbon content
is generally within a range from 0.02% to 2%.
Further,  a small amount of silicon, manganese, phosphorus,
sulfur, etc. are usually contained.
For convenience, carbon steel may be sometimes classified as
according to the carbon content or hardness (including strength).
Classification by carbon content : Low carbon steels,
medium carbon steels and high carbon steels.
Classification by hardness : Extra mild steel,
mild steel and hard steel

철과 탄소의 합금으로 탄소 함유량이 보통 0.02~약 2% 범위의 강
또한 소량의 규소, 망간, 인, 유황 등을 함유하는 것이 보통입니다.
편의상, 탄소 함유량 또는 경도(강도도 포함)에 따라서 탄소강은
다시 다음과 같이 분류됩니다.
탄소 함유량에 따라 분류하는 경우 : 저탄소강, 중탄소강, 고탄소강
경도에 따른 분류 : 극연강, 연강, 경강.

※ Stainless steel
Alloy steels containing chromium 10.5% or more, carbon 1.2%
or less to improve the corrosion resistance.
They are classified into 5 types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and precipitation hardening.
principally according to their structure at ordinary temperature

스텐인레스강이란 내식성을 향상 시킬 목적으로 Cr 또는 Cr + Ni 을
합금 시킨 합금강으로, 일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상 합금된
강을 스테인레스강이라고 하고, 그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계,  오스테나이트 + 페라이트계인 이상(Duplex : 二相)계
석출경화계 로, 5 가지로 나뉩니다.

조선용으로 쓰이는 부등변 앵글…………Unequal .
앵글 두변의 두께는 같지만 길이가 다름.

대형 선박의 강판 연결부를 지지해주는 부등변 부등후 앵글…Inverted .
앵글 두변의 길이도 다르고, 두께도 다름.
