SUS 430 은
Fe를 Base Metal로 Cr 을 합금 한 스테인레스강으로
다른 원소는 있다 해도,
강재의 성질에 영향을 미치기 어려운 미량 수준입니다.
SUS 430 은 Ferritic의 대표 강종이면서
스테인레스강의 시작점에 있습니다.
SUS430 에 다른 원소를 더 넣기도,
빼기도 하며, 스테인레스 강종이 탄생합니다.
대부분 다른 스텐레스강인
Austenite, Duplex, Precipitation Hardening은
니켈(Ni)이 합금 되지만
SUS430 과 Martensitic계열의 스테인레스 강은
Nickel 합금을 무시할 수 있는 수준의
MAX 0.6% 함유해도 좋다는,
표현조차 애매하게
JIS와 KS는 규정하고 있습니다.
SUS 430 스텐레스 강재는
Sulfur (황 : S)가 함유된 가스 환경에서 내부식성 (Corrosion resistance)이 뛰어나고
850℃의 고온에서도 내산화성 (Oxidation resistance) 또한 뛰어나
제철, 철강의 Furnace (爐部品)부품, Radiator, 방열기 (放熱器)에 사용됩니다.
※ Ferritic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels contains chromium 10.5% or more, and
ferritic structure at ordinary temperature
SUS430 is representative.
※ Ferrite (페라이트)
알파(α) 철과 델타(δ) 철에 하나 이상의 원소가 고용되어 있는 고용체
Solid solution of one or more elements in alpha iron or delta iron.
※ Ferrite Steel (페라이트강)
고체 상태의 모든 온도 범위에서 페라이트 구조가 안정된 상
※ α iron (알파철 : alpha iron)
911℃ 이하의 온도에서 안정된 상태의 순철을 말합니다.
체심입방체 결정 구조이며, 768℃ (큐리 온도)이하에서는 강자성체입니다.
Stable state of pure iron at temperature below 911℃.
It is crystalline structure is body-centred cubic
It is ferromagnetic at temperature below 768℃ (the curie point)
It is paramagnetic within the temperature range
between 768℃ ~910℃
※ δ iron (델타철 : delta iron)
1392℃와 용융 온도 사이에서 안정된 상태의 순철을 말합니다.
델타 철의 결정 구조는 알파 철과 마찬가지로 체심입방체입니다.
델타 철은 상자성체입니다.

It is crystalline structure is body-centred cubic, identical to that
of alpha iron, it is paramagnetic.
