Stainless Steel입니다.
316H 에서의 ‘H”는 High Carbon을
의미하는 약자로, 내 크립성이 요구될 때 사용합니다.
내 크립성 (creep resistance)의
Creep은 살금살금 움직이는 것을 말하고
※ Creep resistance
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을
고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
316H Steel Grade 는
KS와 JIS 규정에 없고,
ASTM에 나타나는 규격으로
공급되는 관련 Standards Specification을 보면
SAE AMS-QQ-S-763D,
ASTM A182, ASTM A193 , ASTM A276
ASTM A370, ASTM A479/A479M . ASTM A484,
ASME SA182, ASME SA193, ASME SA479,
NACE MR0175, NACE MR0103,
EN10204 Type 3.1 등의 관련 규정에 따릅니다.
※ Creep test
Slow permanent deformation in a metallic specimen
produced by a relatively small steady force, below the
elastic limit, acting for a long period of time
시험편을 일정한 온도를 유지하고, 여기에 일정한 하중을
가하여, 시간과 더불어 변화하는 변형을 측정하는 시험.
※ Creep rupture strength (크리프 파단 강도 : 破斷强度)
Stress under which creep rupture occurs in constant
period of time at constant temperature
일정 온도 하에서 일정 시간에 크리프 파단 할 때의 응력
※ Creep rupture test
Test measure the time to rupture, elongation after fracture,
reduction of area after fracture, etc. by holding test piece
at constant temperature and applying constant tensile force.
There are at times the cases where strain is measured during
creep rupture test or by interrupting test.
시험편을 일정한 온도로 유지하고 여기에 일정한 인장 하중을 가해,
파단 시간, 파단 연신율, 파단 단면 수축율 등을 측정하는 시험.
크리프 파단 시험 중 또는 시험을 중단하여
변형을 측정하는 경우도 있습니다.
