SCPL 1, SCPL 2, SCPL 21, SCPL 31는
저온 고압용 주강품 Steel Symbol 입니다.
JIS G5152, KS D 4111 규정으로, 내용과
사용되는 Steel Symbol 이 같으며
Steel castings low temperature and high pressure service 로,
ASTM A352 Standard specification for steel castings, ferritic
and martensitic, for pressure-containing parts,
suitable for low-temperature 와 대응되는 규격입니다.
탄소강 주강과 합금강 주강이 같이 있는 규격으로
탄소강 주강은 0.2% 이하 저탄소 주강과
0.2~0.5% 탄소 함량인 중탄소 주강으로 나뉘고
합금강 주강은 합금량 5% 이하의 저합금과
합금량 10% 이상의 고합금
주강으로 분류됩니다.
SCPL 1, SCPL 11 — 중탄소 주강
SCPL 21, SCPL 31 — 저합금 주강
SCPL 21, SCPL 31에 합금 되는 Nickel은
합금강재의 저온 취성 (Brittleness)을 방지하는 역할을 합니다.
이 규격의 자재들은 저온에서 사용되는 밸브
플렌지, 실린더, 그 밖의 고압부품으로 사용되며
주조된 제품은 열처리로에서 Annealing, Normalizing,
Normalizing-Tempering (NT), Quenching-Tempering(QT), 열처리 해서 사용합니다.

Steel products manufactured for the pressure vessels and structures
used at a low temperature which required toughness at a low
temperature and weldability.
There are carbon steel, low alloy steel, 2.5% nickel steel, 3.5 nickel steel
9% nickel steel, austenitic stainless steel, etc. according to use temperature.
저온하에서 쓰이는 용기, 설비 및 구조재로서 저온 인성 및 용접성을 중시해서
제조 된 강재로, 사용 온도에 따라 탄소강, 저합금강, 2.5% 니켈강, 3.5% 니켈강
9% 니켈강, 오스테나이트 스테인레스강이 있습니다.
※ Steel castings (주강품 : 鑄鋼品)
Steels cast into mold to obtain the desired shape.
For mold, there are sand mold, metal mold, fire brick, black lead and so on.
강철을 주형에 주입해 소요 제품의 모양으로 만든 것으로
사형 (沙型), 금속 주형, 적벽돌 주형, 흑연 주형 등이 있습니다.
※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性)
The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general,
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or the surface conditions of fracture
20℃＜ 0℃＜ -20℃＜-40℃＜-60℃＜-100℃ 저온으로 가면 갈수록
Brittleness (취성 : 깨지는 성질)는 급격히 증가하며, 구조체의 안전을 확보해야 할
