SUS 304 와 비교 가능한, 크롬 18%, 니켈 8% 합금
18-8 오스테나이트 스테인레스입니다.
심가공(Deep drawing)이 가능해, 냄비와 주방용
싱크대로 사용이 많은 스테인레스 강종입니다.
1.4301, Type 304 탄소 함량 0.07% max에서
탄소량을 0.03% 수준으로 낮추면 “L” grade
1.4306, 1.4307, Type 304L 이 되고
탄소량을 높이면 “H” Grade Type 304H EN 1.4948 Carbon 0.04~0.08%
(ASTM 304H Carbon 0.04~0.10%) 고온용 스테인레스강이 됩니다.
Pipe 와 Plate 에서는 304/304L “Dual Spec” 으로도 공급됩니다.
열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않으므로
열처리에 의한 강도 향상을 기대 할 수 없습니다.
강도를 높이려면 가공 경화 시킬 수 있습니다.
Solution treatment or annealing

Heat treatment intended for dissolve previously precipitated
constituents and retain them in solution.
이전에 이미 석출 된 성분들을 재용해 되어 완전히 분해되
조직 내에 고용되어 다시 석출 되지 않게 하는 열처리.
※ Solution annealing (용체화 어닐링 (풀림)
Heat treatment applied to austenitic steels, consisting of heating to a
high temperature followed by cooling sufficiently rapidly to preserve
a homogeneous austenitic structure on return to ambient temperature.
오스테나이트 강을 고온으로 가열한 후, 빠르게 냉각함으로서
상온에서도 오스테나이트 조직이 되도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
