Zn (아연) 합금으로, 유동성이 좋아

YBsC3 는 Formerly Steel Symbol 이고,
CAC 203 은, Current Steel Symbol, JIS/KS 규격입니다.
YBsC3, CAC203 합금에는 다량의 아연이 합금 되고
Sn (주석) 1.0% maximum 합금되는데, Sn (주석) 합금은
내해수성과 내알칼리성 성능 향상용 원소입니다.
황동에 아연 합금이 적은 것은 미술품용 — CAC201 (YBsC1)
황동에 아연 합금이 많으면 연성 (Ductility)와
강도 (Strength)가 좋아, 봉 (Bar), 판 (Plate) 등으로 사용되며
강도와 내해수, 내식성이 필요하면
YBsC3 (CAC203), YBsC2 (CAC202) 재질이 사용되며
YBsC3 (CAC203)가 YBsC2 (CAC202)보다 기계적 성질이 좋습니다.

The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.
금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장 시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
