AMS 5639 는, Type 304 스테인레스 규정입니다.
봉강, 와이어, 단조, 링, 튜브 제품을 규정합니다.
오스테나이트계 스텐레스로
가장 많이 생산, 소비되는 내식성 스테인레스입니다.
AMS 5639 는, 비중 8.03 g/㎤ 으로, 비자성이지만
냉간 가공으로 약간의 자성이 나타날 수 있는 재질입니다.
가공성, 용접성, 내식성에서 뛰어나며
상온에서나 -196℃ 극저온에서나 허용 응력에서
차이가 (128 MPa) 없고, 고온의 환경에서도
사용 가능한 내열성도 가진 강재 입니다.
열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않으므로 열처리가 되는 마르텐자이트계
스텐레스 보다 강도, 경도에서 떨어지는 금속입니다.
