Nimonic® 263 은 Nickel Base, Chromium + Cobalt 합금으로
시효 경화 (age-hardenable) 열처리 가능한 금속입니다.
아주 우수한 가공성 (excellent fabrication)을 가지지만
높은 강도 (high strength)와 creep and rupture strength 특성입니다.
Nimonic® 263 은, 성형과 용접에서 Nimonic 80A,
Rene 41 보다 용이한 성질을 가집니다.
Nimonic® 263, 사용되는 일반적인 온도 수준이 900℃로
산업용 터빈, 항공기용 터빈 금속으로 사용됩니다.

The term as applied to soft, or low carbon steel, relates to a
wide variety of commercially important, slow gradual changes
that take place in properties of steels after final treatment.
These changes, which bring about a condition of increased
hardness elastic limit, and tensile strength with a consequent
loss in ductility, occur during the period in which the steels
is at normal temperature.
※ Annealing
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)
금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링)
