NIVAFLEX 45/18, 2.4782 는, 항복강도 1500~2250 MPa
인장강도 1800~2550 MPa 이상에 이르는
극히 높은 강도 특성을 가지며
냉간 가공에 따라 2900 MPa 까지의 인장강도 물성입니다.
해수 (seawater), 염화나트륨 (NaCl), 암모니아와
황산, 질산, 인산, 아세트산에 높은 내식성을 가지며
NIVAFLEX 45/18, 2.4782 는, 비자성 (non-magnetic) 금속입니다.
Cobalt 45%, Nickel 21%, Chromium 18 %, CoNiCr 합금입니다.
NIVAFLEX 45/18, 2.4782 는, 높은 하중이 작용하면서
fracture-proof spring 용도로 사용됩니다.
Coil and helical spring (나선형 스프링), 시계용 스프링,
Torsion spring (비틀림스프링), 반복적인 환경에서 정확성이 필요한 부품,
의료용 (외과) 수술 절단 톱 (surgical bone saws) 으로 사용되며
strip 형, wire 형으로, 제품 형태가 나뉩니다.
