SNCM 616, SNCM630 은 니켈, 크롬, 몰리브덴,
합금강재 (Low-alloy steel) 입니다.

SNCM 616 (old symbol SNCM26)은 초강인강으로
침탄 없이도 사용 가능한 강재입니다.

SNCM630 (old symbol SNCM5)은 담금질성이
큰 강종으로 축으로 사용됩니다.

SNCM630, SNCM 616 모두 공기 담금질, 기름 담금질이 가능하고
인장강도가 1100 MPa 수준을 넘습니다.

SNCM630, SNCM616 모두
Killed steel 로 제조 됩니다.

기계 구조용 합금강재 (Use for machine structural)로
높은 합금량 없이, 높은 강도와 인성을 가지는 강재 입니다.

KS D3867, JIS G4053 에 규정된 강재로
내용은 같습니다.

Steel whose strength and toughness improved
As for alloy steels for machine structural use, suitable amount of
alloy elements such as manganese, chromium, molybdenum,
nickel and so on are added and classified as a steel to be used
after quenching and tempering.

담금질과 템퍼링으로 강도와 인성을 향상 시켜 사용하는 합금강.

※ Carburizing (침탄 : 浸炭)
Thermochemical treatment which is applied to a ferrous product heated
to a temperature AC1, to obtain a surface enrichment in carbon and
nitrogen, which are in solid solution in the austenite.
Generally, this operation is followed immediately by quench hardening.
The medium in which carbonitriding takes place should be specified,
e.g. gas, salt bath, etc.

＊AC1 : temperature at which austenite begins to form during heating.

오스테나이트 상태의 철강재에서 표면에만 오스테나이트 중의 고용 탄소의
농도를 높이고자 시행하는 열 화학적 처리로, 침탄 된 철강재는 그 즉시 또는
이후에 급랭 담금질 처리가 뒤따라야 하며, 참탄에 이용한  가스나 고체 등의
매질 표시가 반드시 표기되어야 합니다.
＊AC1 : 가열하는 동안 오스테나이트가 생성되기 시작하는 온도.
