X5CrNiCuNb16-4 재질은 석출 경화 스테인레스입니다.
마르텐자이트계 석출 경화 강재이면서, Nb(Cb)를 합금 해
스텐조직을 미세화한 강재입니다.
강재가 미세화 되면 강도가 높아지고, 내식성이 향상됩니다.
X5CrNiCuNb16-4 재질은, 내식성은, 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10),
AISI 304 수준이지만, 높은 강도가 필요할 때 사용됩니다.
X5CrNiCuNb16-4 는, 열처리 온도에 따라, 각각 다른 항복강도, 인장강도,
연신율에서, 열처리 조건인, P850, P950, P1070 에 따라 각각 다릅니다.

식품 제조 공정 — food process equipment
화학 제품 제조 공정 — chemical processing 등에 사용합니다.

※ Precipitation Hardening Steels (석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment.
알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.
※ Stainless steel
Alloy steels containing chromium 10.5% or more, carbon 1.2%
or less to improve the corrosion resistance.
They are classified into 5 types, which are
martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, austenitic-ferritic and precipitation hardening.
principally according to their structure at ordinary temperature.
스텐인레스강이란 내식성을 향상시킬 목적으로 Cr 또는 Cr + Ni 을
합금 시킨 합금강으로, 일반적으로는 Cr 함유량이 약 11% 이상 합금 된
강을 스테인레스강이라고 하고, 그 조직에 따라 마르텐사이트계
페라이트계, 오스테나이트계, 오스테나이트+페라이트계인 이상 (Duplex : 二相)계
석출경화계 로, 5 가지로 나뉩니다.
