SKD62 는, 열간공구강 입니다.
JIS G4404, 합금공구강 중 한 가지 재질입니다.
SKD62 와 SKD61 의 차이점은
SKD62 에는, 텅스텐 (Tungsten : W) 합금입니다.
텅스텐은 Refractory Meta l(고용융점 금속)으로
용융점이 3410℃ 에 이르며, 합금 하게 되면
강재에 내열성, 내마모성, 고온에서의
경도와 강도를 향상 시키는 금속입니다.
SKD62 열간 합금 공구강의 특징으로는
고청정성 — high cleanliness
극도의 미세조직 — extra fine structure
조직의 균질화와 높은 인성 — good homogenizing and high toughness
내마모성 — wear resistance
고온강도 — high strength at elevated temperature 입니다.
식판 제조용 금형, die for press
die for extruding, forming die, punch 용도로 사용됩니다.
SKD62 는, AISI H12, ASTM A681 H12
DIN-EN 1.2605, X35CrWMoV5 재질과
1.2606, X37CrMoW5-1 과고
비교 가능합니다.

금속 재료를 일정한 다이에 힘을 가하며 통과시켜 연속적으로
원하는 형상의 제품을 제조하는 방법
※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.
압인이나 긁힘에 의한 변형, 특히 영구적인 변형에 대한 재료의
내구성으로 강재의 기계적 성질의 지표입니다.
다른 강재가, 같은 경도값을 가지더라도 내마모성, 기계적 성질이
다를 수 있으니, 경도와 함께 다른 기계적 성질도 참고해야 합니다.
