1.7035, 41Cr4 는, DIN-EN 10083-3
Alloy steel for quenching and tempering 열처리용 강재 입니다.
+QT 열처리에 의해 강도와 경도를 높여 사용합니다.
중탄소강 수준의 nominal 0.42% 수준의 탄소량에
Chromium nominal 1.10% 수준의 Cr 합금강재 입니다.
탄소강에 크롬(Cr) 을 합금 하면, 탄화물이 형성 되
내마모성이 증가하고, 내열성, 내식성이 높아집니다.
크롬은 담금질성을 향상 시키는 원소이지만
뜨임 (tempering) 취성 (brittleness) 를 일으키기도 합니다.
1.7035, 41Cr4 는, crankshafts, steering components,
vehicle axles, bolts, gear 용도로 사용됩니다.
SAE 5140, JIS SCr440 과 비교 가능한 강재입니다.
Quenching : 820~860℃, Tempering : 540~680℃
열처리 하며, Hardenability 규정에 따라 생산도 됩니다.
※ Carbide (탄화물 : 炭化物)
Compound of metals and carbon.
Their existence in steel increases abrasive wear resistance.
Elements like Cr, Mo, V, W and Fe form carbides with carbon.
Especially cold work and high speed steels are characterized
by their typical carbides.
In cast tool steel the carbides can build a network, in forged
or rolled steel they build carbide lines.
금속과 탄소의 결합물로, 금속 조직 내 탄화물이 생성되면
내마모성이 증가합니다.
크롬, 몰리브덴, 바나듐, 텅스텐, 철이 탄소와 결합 되어 생성되며
특히 고속도 공구강에 나타나는 특징입니다.
※ Brittleness (취성 : 脆性)
The property of little deformability, hard and brittle in general.
It is usually compared by the strength of impact or
the surface conditions of fracture.
일반적으로 단단하고 취성 (脆性)이며, 변형 등이 적은 성질.
보통, 충격 시험에서의 충격치의 대소 또는 파면의 상황에
따라 비교합니다.
인성 (Toughness)와 반대되는 개념으로 외부의 힘에 물체가
소성 변형(Plastic deformation)을 거의 보이지 않고,
파괴되는 현상을 말합니다.
