C95900, CDA959 동합금은 Aluminum
nominal 12.7% 합금한, 고경도 Al-Bronze 입니다.
C95900 은 고하중용 베어링으로 사용되는 재질로, ASTM B30
규정의 알루미늄 청동 중 알루미늄 합금량이 가장 높습니다.
구리에 알루미늄을 합금 하면, 일반 황동 청동보다
기계적 성질 (mechanical properties)과 인성 (toughness),
내마모성 (wear resistance), 내피로성 (fatigue resistance) 이 향상됩니다.
C95900 은, 비중이 작은 알루미늄 합금으로–비중 7.19 g/㎤
비알루미늄 동합금 (예를 들어 C71500, Cupronickel : 비중 8.94 g/㎤)
보다 무게를 줄일 수 있으며 C95900 알루미늄 청동은 Bushing,
Landing gear parts, Heavy loaded worm gears, Bearing segments for the
steel industry, High strength clamps, Valve guides 용도로 사용됩니다.
C95900 은 ASTM, B30 : Ingot form, B148 : Sand casting,
B271 : Centrifugal casting, B505 : Continuous casting 규격에 있습니다.
※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.
인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
※ Toughness (인성 : 靭性)
Impact absorbing ability of steel without fracture. It is measured by
energy absorbed in an impact bending test. But the area below the
stress-strain curve in tensile testing is also a measure of toughness.
Steel, which is difficult to break has a high toughness.
Steel, which high toughness normally has a high ductility and is
difficult to break with impact energy.
Steels with low toughness are brittle.
