1.4988 은 오스테나이트계 Creep Resisting 강재입니다.
1.4988 은, 스테인레스강으로 석출경화 경화강입니다.

석출 경화강 (precipitation hardening steel)은 열처리로
경화를 주는 원소를 이용해, 강도를 높인 강재를 말합니다.

1.4988 은 DIN-EN 10216-5 : Steel tubes for pressure,
DIN EN 10302 Creep resisting steels 규정 강재입니다….주로 환봉 제품

1.4988 은 600℃ 에서 147 MPa 이상의 항복강도
650℃ 에서 100000h, 80 MPa 이상의 1% plastic strain 강도입니다.

※ Creep strength materials
Steels, nickel- or cobalt alloys with minimum 8% chromium, which are
characterised by good mechanical behaviour at temperature above 500℃
under long-range service condition ; i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.

강(鋼)이나, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금이면서 최소 크롬을 8% 이상 합금으로
500℃ 이상의 환경에서 사용될 때, 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속을 말합니다.

※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이
생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.

※ Plastic deformation : Plastic strain : 소성변형 (塑性變形)
탄성(elasticity)은 재료가 어떤 응력하에서 발생한 연신이
응력을 제거하면 원상태나 원래의 모습으로 돌아오는 것을 말하고
반대 개념인 소성은 외부 힘 (지진 및 철강재의 변형 가공)에 의해
탄성 한계를 지나면 외력이 사라져도, 원래의 모습으로 돌아오지 않고
영구적으로 변형이 생기는 것을 말하며, 영구 변형이라고도 합니다.
