2.4663 은 고온용 Creep Strength 금속입니다.
Material Name NiCr23Co12Mo, Nickel, Chromium
Cobalt, Molybdenum 합금으로, 고용 강화 (solid solution hardening)
열처리로, 1100℃ creep 성질과, 우수한 강도 특징입니다.
NiCr23Co12Mo 의 이상적인 합금 조합으로
산화 (oxidation)와, 침탄 (caburization) 저항성 금속입니다.
이와 같은 특징으로 산업용과 항공기의 가스터빈,
air heaters, 열 교환기와 밸브, 스프링, furnace mufflers,
화학 공정용 재료, 핵 발전소의 헬륨과 헬륨 열 교환기용
가스 냉각 반응기 용도로 사용됩니다.
2.4663 은, 고온 뿐 아니라, 극저온 환경에도 사용되는 금속으로
cryogenic tankage, fasteners 용도로 사용됩니다.
2.4663, NiCr23Co12Mo 금속은, Alloy 718, UNS N06617,
VDM® Trademark Nicrofer 5520Co등 의 이름이 있습니다.

고체이고, 결정질인 상.
용질 원자가 용매 원자 자리에 치환되는 치환형 고용체와
용매원자 사이에 침입형 고용체로 구분됩니다.
금속 재료의 강화 방법 중 하나로, 금속을 강하게 만드는 종류로는
가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Strain hardening)
석출 경화 ; 시효 경화 (Precipitation strengthening)
결정립 미세화 (Grain refinement),
고용 강화 (Solid-solution strengthening) 등이 있습니다.
※ Creep resistance
a property of resistance against a phenomenon in which
strain in the lapse of time under a fixed stress at a high
temperature called high temperature creep.
고온의 일정한 압력을 받는 환경에서 물질의 변형이
시간이 경과함에 따라 증가하는 현상을 고온 크립이라고 하고
이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.
