1.3401, X120Mn13 강재는 Hi-Manganese (Hi-Mn) 강재로
내마모성 (wear resistant)을 특징으로 하는 강재입니다.
200BHN 부터 경도가 증가하기 시작해, 적어도
600BHN 경도 특성을 가집니다.
완전 오스테나이트 (fully austenitic) 조직을 가지는 강재 특징인
비자성 (非磁性, non-magnetic) 재료로 사용됩니다.
1.3401, X120Mn13 은 Hadfield steel, 고망가니즈강,
ASTM A128 B2, JIS SCMnH 2 와 대응되는 규격입니다.
crusher jaw, shovel bucket, stone chute, cement plants,
mines, guiding and shifting plate, scrap-recoveries 용도로 사용됩니다.
※ Austenitic High Manganese Steel (고망간강 : 高망간鋼)
일반적으로 망간 11% 이상을 주합금 성분으로 하고, 오스테나이트
조직을 나타내는 비자성의 합금강.
냉간 가공에 의한 경화가 크므로, 내마멸성 부품에 쓰입니다.
또한 비자성이라는 특성으로, 전자기 부재로도 쓰입니다.
Non-magnetic alloy steels with austenitic structure which generally
contain manganese of 11% min. as principal alloy component.
They are used for abrasion resisting parts because of large
hardening by cold working.
They are also used electromagnetic components because of
their non-magnetic property.
※ 비자성강 (Non-magnetic steels : 非磁性鋼)
탄소, 망간, 니켈, 크롬, 질소 등을 주된 합금 성분으로 하고, 오스테나이트계 조직을
나타내는 비자성의 합금강. 조직적으로는 고망간강계, 고니켈계 및 이들의
중간형의 3종으로 대별 됩니다.
비자성강은 발전기, 계전기 등의 전자기 부재, 핵융합 설비 등으로 사용됩니다.
Non-magnetic alloy steels with austenitic structure, in which carbon,
manganese, nickel, chromium, nitrogen, etc. as main alloy elements
are contained.
They are classified into 3 types, which are high manganese series,
high nickel series and intermediate type, according to composition.
For example, they are used for electromagnetic components of
generators, relays, etc., and components of nuclear fusion reactors
and linear motor cars.
