SB450M 은, 보일러 압력용기용 KS와 JIS 규격 강재입니다.
규정상에는 6mm~150mm 두께까지 입니다.
SM450M의 특징은 몰리브데넘
합금 강재라는데 있습니다.
기계 구조용 합금강재인 SCM강과, SNCM강에도 합금 되며
내열성이 중요한 , Stainless Steel에도 합금 됩니다.
몰리브데넘은 고온에서 Creep 강도를 높이는 효과,
400℃ 까지 고온 강도를 향상 시키는 역할을 합니다.
SB450M은 ASME SA204 Gr.A와 비교 가능한
Moly 합금 보일러 및 압력용기용 강재입니다.
생산에 적용되는 열처리는 Normalizing or
Stress relieving annealing or As roll 입니다.
DIN-EN 의 S355M, S355J2+N/M 처럼 철강 약호 “M”은
TMCP (열가공 제어 생산) 을 의미하는 경우가 대부분이지만
SB450M, SB480M에서의 “M”은 합금 원소
Molybdenum의 의미하는 차이가 있습니다.
※ Annealing
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogeneous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)
금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리.
이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링)
※ Stress Relief
Heating to a suitable temperature, holding long enough
to reduce residual stresses and than cooling slowly
enough to minimized the development of new residual stresses.
A heat treatment in which the lock-up stresses in a bar caused
by cold working are removed by heating the bar closed to but
below the lower limit of the critical temperature range,
or to approximately 100℉ below the tempering temperature.
적당한 온도로 가열하고 균열화한 후, 적절한 온도로 냉각함으로써
실질적인 조직의 변화없이 내부 응력을 줄이고자 시행하는 열처리.
