A105 고온용보다 Upper Grade 입니다.
A105 Spec은 중량한계가 있어
10000lb (4540kg)를 넘지 못합니다.
4540kg 중량 한계를 넘으면
그 때는 A266 강재를 사용하라고
ASTM A105에 규정하고 있습니다.
A105는 고온용으로 규정되어 있고
A266는 보일러 및 압력용기용으로 Spec 규정으로
그 폭이 넓게 규정되어 있습니다.
※ Steels for boilers
Steel products manufactured for boilers and pressure vessels which
require strength at a high temperature and weldability.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
boilers and pressure vessels.
보일러 및 압력용기용으로서 고온강도, 용접성을 중요시해서
제조 된 강재로 보통, 보일러 및 압력용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
