SFVQ 1A 강재는 압력용기용으로 사용되는
단조강이면서 Quenching and Tempering 열처리재입니다.
고온에서 사용되는 강재로, 용접성를 고려한
Nickel + Molybdenum 합금강재입니다.
SFVQ 1A 강재가 소속된 JIS G 3204 규정의 재질은
모두 QT 열처리 해서 사용하는 강도가 355 MPa 이상 수준의 재질입니다.
단강품이면서 CVN Impact 조건이 있는 재질로, FVQ 1A 재질은
ASTM A508 Grade 3, Class 1 (A508-3-1)과, 비교 가능합니다.
※ Steels for pressure vessels (압력용기용 강재 : 壓力容器用 鋼材)
Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of
pressure vessels.
압력용기 및 고압 설비용으로서 고온 강도, 용접성 및 주로
상온에서의 인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로
보통 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
※ Forging effect (鍛造效果 : 단조 효과)
The degree of the size of deformation by the operation of forging
It is generally presented by appending the symbol of operation
type to the ratio of the cross-sectional area before forging to the
sectional area after finishing forging
단조의 목적(성형과 재질 개선)의 하나인 재질의 강인화 정도.
일반적으로 단련 성형비나 기계적 성질로 나타낸다.
※ Charpy V-Notch Impact Test (CVN : 샤르피 충격 시험)
Test to measure the absorbed energy, impact value, percentage
of brittle/ductile fracture, transition temperature, etc. with using
charpy impact testing machine in which test piece is supported by
two supports distant by 40mm so that the notch meets the middle
between supports and is broken by striking with one blow of
pendulum to the face opposite the notch.
샤르피 충격 시험기를 사용하여 시험편을 40mm 간격이 있는 두 개의
지지대에 올려 놓고, 또는 노치부를 지지대 사이의 중앙에 놓고
노치부의 뒷면을 해머로 1회만 충격을 주어, 시험편을 파단 시키고
흡수 에너지, 충격치, 파면율, 천이 온도 등을 측정하는 시험.
