33CrMoV12-9, 1.8522 재질은 질화강으로 사용합니다.
표면을 질화 처리해 경도를 높이고, 심부는 인성을 가지는 강재입니다.

33CrMoV12-9 재질은 Gears, crankshafts, spindles, aircraft parts
용도이고, QT 열처리에 따라 900~1350 MPa 인장강도입니다.

Nitriding temperature 480~750℃ 이고 질화 층은 질화 시간에 따르며,
Hardening 680~720℃,Tempering temperature 580~700℃…guidance only.

※ Nitriding steel(질화강 : 窒化鋼)
Steels whose surfaces are hardened by nitriding treatment containing
aluminium, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, etc.
They mainly used machine structural use.
알루미늄, 크롬, 몰리브덴을 함유하며, 질화 처리하여 표면을 경화 시킨 강.
표면 경화강 제조의 한 가지 방법입니다.
표면은 경화 시키고, 강재 심부는 인성을 가지는 강재.

※ Nitriding (질화 : Nitriding)
Thermochemical treatment which is applied to a ferrous product
in order to produce surface enrichment in nitrogen
The medium in which the nitriding takes place shall be
specified e.g. gas, plasma, etc.
철강재 표면의 질소 농도를 높이는 열 화학적 처리.
질화에 사용되는 매질은 가스, 플라즈마 등으로 표시해야 한다.
표면 경화 방법의 한 가지 종류입니다.

※ 연화 (Softening, Soft annealing)
철강재의 경도를 원하는 수준까지 낮추기 위해 시행하는 열처리
Heat treatment in which heating is carried out around temperatures of Ac1
transformation point with the object of reducing the hardness of the
ferrous product to a given level.

※ Annealing (풀림 열처리)
Heat treatment consisting of heating and soaking at a suitable
temperature followed by cooling under conditions such that,
after return to ambient temperature, the metal will be in
a structural state closer to that of equilibrium.
Annealing is a heat treatment process to transform the steel
structure in to a more homogenous, soft or more suitable state
Note : Since this definition is very general, it is advisable to use an
expression specifying the aim of the treatment (see bright annealing,
full annealing, soft annealing, inter-critical annealing, isothermal
annealing and subcritical annealing)

금속 재료를 적당한 온도로 가열하고, 그 온도에서 유지하는 균질화 처리를
한 뒤, 냉각함으로써 냉각 후 상온에서의 조직이 평형 상태에
가깝도록 하는 열처리를 말합니다.
이 용어는 아주 광범위하게 사용되므로 처리하는 목적을 덧붙여
사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 예를 들어 광휘 어닐링, 완전 어닐링,
연화 어닐링, 중간 어닐링, 등온 어닐링, 변태점 이하 어닐링.
