CW112C 는 석출경화 가능한 Cu-Ni-Si 동합금입니다.
동 합금만을 사용해야 하는 환경이면서 높은 항복강도와
인장강도, 내마모성, 높은 내식성이 필요할 때 선정됩니다.
동에 니켈을 Ni2Si 라는 금속간 화합물이 시효 경화성 작용을 해
높은 Mechanical properties 와, 좋은 전기 전도성 (IACS 30)이고
마찰에 의한 耐(내)spark 성, 낮은 투자율 (magnetic permeability) 금속입니다.
CW112C 재질은 springs, slip rings, electrical connectors contact blades
and other current-carrying components, rotary contacts, plugs and
sockets, heavy duty switchgear and other electrical accessories 쓰입니다.
※ Permeability (투자율 : 透磁率)
Ratio of magnetic flux to magnetizing force.
Usually, initial and maximum permeabilities are used.
자화력에 대한 자속 밀도의 비를 말하며
통상적으로 초투자율과 최대 투자율이 사용됩니다.
※ 전기 전도율 (Electrical conductivity : 電氣傳導率)
전기가 통하기 쉬운 정도를 말하고, 순 금속일수록 좋고 불순물이 있거나
합금이 되면 떨어집니다. 전기 저항의 역수입니다.
은(Ag) 100.0, 구리 (Cu) 92.8, 철 (Fe) 16.50 수준이고, IACS 기준으로는
은(Ag) 108.4, 구리 (Cu) 103.06, 철 (Fe) 25.36 수준입니다.
※ Electrical Conductivity (전기전도도 : 電氣傳導度)
전기, 전자 관련 재료에서 필요한 수치로, 전류를 잘 통과하는지
정도를 말하며, 일반적으로는 열전도도와 비례합니다.
※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.
인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
