고온용 크롬 합금 마르텐자이트 스텐레스 재질입니다.
10705BU, 10705BA, 10705BL, 10705BR 과 같이 표기되는
Steel Symbol 은 Siemens Spec 자재이며, Chromium 합금입니다.
10705BU Spec 은 발전용 항공용 Power Turbine Blade 용도에 사용되며
고온에 내산화성을 가지도록 Chromium과 고용융점 금속인 텅스텐 합금입니다.
10705BU 재질은 ASTM A565 Gr.616, ASTM A437 B4B, GE B50A951
재질과 비교되며, Annealed 조건에서 HB 248 maximum 이지만
열처리 조건 HT (Heat Treated) — for high temperature 상태에서는
ASTM A656-616 기준 302~350 수준의 경도 값입니다.
강재 내부의 편석 제거와 청정성 유지를 위해, ESR 용해 생산 방법을
사용하기도 하며 환봉, Rods 제품으로, Bolt 용도로도 사용됩니다.
10705BU 는 1200℉ (649 ℃) 온도까지 사용할 수 있는
열처리 가능한 스텐레스로 개발된 재질입니다.
내산화성 (oxidation resistance), 내스케일 (scaling resistance) 특징이며
steam turbines, aircrafts parts, high temperature bolting 용도입니다.

A new ingot solidifies from bottom to top and there is very little segregation
from case to core.
The fatigue resistance and in particular the toughness increase.
Even through ESR increases material costs, it can still be economical due to
the increase in the tool’s performance.
Metal injection moulds and extrusion dies often need ESR steel grades.
