AMS 5630 재질은 고탄소량인 0.95~1.20 스텐레스이면서
nominal 17Cr-0.52Mo 합금 원소를 가지는 열처리 가능한

내식 마르텐사이트 스텐레스로, QT 열처리시 HRC 58 minimum 으로
스텐레스로는 최고의 경도를 얻을 수 있는 재질입니다.

탄소량이 높다 보니 오스테나이트계 스텐레스보다는 내식성이 떨어지지만
열처리 후의 AMS 5630 재질은 스텐레스로는 최상의 경도 강재입니다.

AMS 5630 재질은 Bearing, Surgical Devices, Nozzles, 항공기용 자재,
Valve seats, Micro shafts, Knife 용도로 사용합니다.

AMS 5630 재질은 ASTM A276, A473, AISI 440C,
AMS 5880, QQ-Q-763, UNS S44004 Spec 과 비교 가능합니다.

※ Hardness (경도 : 硬度)
Resistance to plastic deformation usually by indentation.
For steel users, it is a parameter to express different mechanical
properties of steel. It should be considered together with other
properties. For example, if two different steel grades have both
50 HRC hardness, it does not necessary mean both have the
same mechanical properties or wear resistance.
