C71000 은 Copper 80%, Nickel 20% 합금 특징입니다.
C70600 — Cu90Ni10, C71500 — Cu70Ni30 재질의 중간에 낀 재질입니다.

10~30% Nickel 동합금을 백동 (cupronickel) 이라고 부릅니다.
20% Nickel 동합금인 C71000 재질은 비철금속으로는 전성과 연성이 좋고

내식성과 냉간 가공으로 가공 경화 가능한 재질이며 고온 환경에서
강도와 경도의 저하가 크지 않은 금속입니다.

C71000 금속은, Evaporator and heat exchanger tubes, communication relays,
conderser plate, electrical springs, ferrules, resistors 용도입니다

C71000 은 주로 Rods, Wire, Tubings 제품으로 사용되며
비중 8.94 g/㎤, 전기전도도 IACS 9.1% 입니다.

※ 가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Working hardening ; Strain hardening)
A phenomenon in which materials are hardened due to the increase of
processing strain when the processes such as cold rolling, drawing
and the like are carried out during cooling.

인발, 냉간 압연과 같은 냉간 가공에 의한 금속 구조가 변화됨으로서
강도와 경도가 증가 되는 현상을 말합니다.
일반적으로 강도와 경도가 좋아지면, 연성은 감소합니다.

※ 백동 (白銅 : Copper-Nickel Alloy, Cupronickel)
Alloy containing copper as the principal component 9.0~33.0% of nickel,
0.40~2.3% of iron, 0.20~2.5% of manganese and not more than 1.0% of zinc.

ASTM : C70600, C70620, C71000, C71500, C71520, C72200
That is excellent in sea water resistance and high temperature strength, and
used for conductive pipe for heat exchanger. Also the alloy of coins of
74.0~76.0 % of copper and 24.0~26.0 % of nickel is known

The annealed standard soft copper which is internationally adopted
as the standard of electric resistance (or electric conductivity)
The electrical resistivity is specified as 1.7241×10-8µΩm
(100% IACS in electric conductivity)

동이나 알루미늄에서는 전기전도도 값이 중요합니다.
1913년 표준이 채택된 후 어닐링 된 상태의 동을 기준 해
IACS %가 높을수록 해당 금속의 전기전도도가 좋다는 것을 의미합니다.
Annealed (풀림 열처리)된 순동의 전도율 1.7241×10-8μΩm를 100%로
하고, 이것과의 비율로 나타냅니다.
