1.4521, X2CrMoTi18-2 강재의 특징은 nickel-free 입니다.
304, 316 강재보다도 높은 항복강도, 좋은 냉간 성형성,
높은 내식성 강재이면서, 몰리브덴을 합금 페라이트 강재로
Elevated temperature 0.2% Yield strength at 400℃ — 200 MPa 입니다.
1.4521 Plate 강재의 특징은 Molybdenum 합금 페라이트 강재는 염화물 유기 응력
부식 크랙 (resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking) 저항성입니다.
또한 1.4521 Plate 강재는 Titanium 원소 합금으로 용접으로 인한
입계 부식 (intergranular corrosion) 이 없습니다.
EN 1.4521 페라이트 강재는 JIS SUS444, ASTM Type 444 와 비교 가능하고
hot water tanks, food industry, solar panels 용도로 사용됩니다.
※ Molybdenum (Mo : 몰리브덴)
Molybdenum improves the corrosion resistance, especially against
chloride induced pitting. It is detrimental in oxidizing acids, like
nitric acid, and in oxidizing atmospheres at high temperature,
Austenitic grades with over 2% Mo may be called “CrNiMo-steel”.
They earlier called “acid resisting” due to their resistance in the
acid sulphite pulping process.
몰리브덴 원소는 내식성을 향상 시키는 원소입니다.
특히 염화물 유기 공식에 대해 내식성입니다.
몰리브덴은 고온에서 산화성 환경 또는 질산과 같은 산화 되는 산에
대해서는 해롭습니다.
2% 이상의 Mo 합금 오스테나이트 스텐레스 재질은
“CrNiMo 강” 으로 불리는데, 그 이유는 내산성 성질 때문입니다.
※ Stress corrosion (응력 부식 : 應力腐蝕)
부식과 인장 응력 또는 잔류 응력, 그리고 부식성 환경으로 인해
금속의 변형과 함께 발생하는 부식을 말합니다.
금속 표면에 거의 부식이 없지만 미세한 균열들이 금속
내부로 퍼짐에 따라 (전파에)따라, 설계 강도보다 훨씬 낮은
응력에서도 금속 파괴가 일어날 수 있습니다.
