1.1231, C67S 는 탄소강 스프링 강재입니다.
높은 탄소량으로 용접이 어렵고, 열처리 과정에서
탈탄 (decarburization)과 산화 (oxidation)되는 경향이 있습니다.
C67S 탄소강이므로 스텐레스 스프링과는 다르게, 녹이 발생 할 수 있습니다.
C67S 는 valve and coupling springs, saws, blades, shock absorbers,
flat springs, adjustable steel washers, gaskets, scrapers 용도입니다.
EN 10132-4 규정의 강재는, 1.1231, C67S 를 포함해, 냉간 압연재는 6 mm까지
QT 열처리재는 0.30~3.00 mm 까지 두께입니다.
Annealed or annealed and skin passed 조건에서 경도는 HRB 92 max.
Quenched anf tempered (+QT) 조건에서는 HRC 38.5~54 수준입니다.
※ Decarburization (탈탄)
Removal of carbon from the outer surface of iron or steel,
usually by heating in an oxidizing or reducing atmosphere.
Water vapor, oxygen and carbon dioxide are strong decarburizers.
Reheating with adhering scale is also strongly decarburizing in action.
철강재 표면 층에서 일어나는 탄소 농도 감소 현상을 말합니다.
※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.
산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.
※ 냉간 가공 (Cold-working : 冷間 加工)
가공 경화가 나타나는 온도에서의 금속 또는 합금의 소성 변형을 말합니다
Plastic processing method of metal or alloy which is carried out within such a
temperature range that strain hardening occurs.
※ 가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Working hardening ; Strain hardening)
A phenomenon in which materials are hardened due to the increase of
processing strain when the processes such as cold rolling, drawing
and the like are carried out during cooling.
인발, 냉간 압연과 같은 냉간 가공에 의한 금속 구조가 변화됨으로서
강도와 경도가 증가 되는 현상을 말합니다.
일반적으로 강도와 경도가 좋아지면, 연성은 감소합니다.
