1.7117, 52SiCrNi5 재질은 높은 응력이 작용하는 환경에 사용하는
스프링강 재료로, 생산 후 공급은 annealed 조건이며
drill, wrench, drills, spanners 제작용 재료로 사용되며,
QT 열처리시에는 항복강도 1300 MPa minimum 강재입니다.
1.7117 재질 제품의 형태는 sheets, slabs, rounds, squares,
plates, forging, flat bar 이고, 열처리 가능한 강재입니다.
※ Spring steel (스프링강)
Steels which are of silicon-manganese series, manganese-chromium
series, chromium-vanadium series, etc. and of which property of spring
given by heating, after forming into laminated spring, coil spring, etc.
by heat-treatment principally.
As spring steels in a broad sense, the steels of which performance is
raised by cold working and heat treatment such as piano wires hard
drawn steel wires, stainless steel wires, oil tempered wires and cold
rolled steel strip, and which are formed into small springs, such as
wire springs and flat spring are also included.
탄소계, 실리콘-망간계, 망간-크롬계, 크롬-바나듐계 등의 강철로 주로 열간에서
겹친 판 스프링, 코일 스프링 등으로 성형 가공하고, 열처리를 해서 스프링 성능을
부여하는 강철로, 넓은 뜻의 스프링강으로서는 피아노선, 경강선, 스테인레스강선
오일템퍼선, 냉간 압연 강대 등과 같이, 냉간 가공 및 열처리로서, 스프링 성능을
높인, 선 스프링, 박판 스프링 등 소형 스프링으로 가공한 강철도 포함한다.
※ 구상화 어닐링 (球狀化 : Spheroidizing Annealing)
Geometric development of the carbide particles, such as the cementite
platelets, towards a stable spherical form.
Annealing, generally involving prolonged soaking in the region of temperature
Ac1, possibly with oscillations around this temperature, in order to bring about
the spheroidization of the precipitated carbides.
석출된 탄화물의 형태가 구상이 되도록, Ac1 온도 영역에서, 가능하면 그 온도
상하로 변경하면서, 장시간 유지 (균열화)하여, 구상화 처리가 되게 하는
어닐링 (풀림) 열처리를 말합니다.
구상화 어닐링을 하는 이유는 강도, 경도는 조금 낮아지지만 인성을 증가 시키고,
강인성 증가, 가공 성질을 좋게 하며, 담금질에 의한 균열 방지 효과가 있기 때문입니다.
주로, 공구강, 베어링강과 같은 고탄소강에서 구상화 열처리를 합니다.
