AMS 4676 재질은 열간 가공, 석출 경화 니켈 동합금입니다.
내식성, 낮은 투자율, moderate 강도의, Bars, Forgings 제품 규정입니다.
AMS 4676 니켈 동합금은 우수한 강도와 인성, 해양 (marine) 환경에서의
우수한 내식성, 비자성 (non-magnetic) – permeability 상온에서 1.001 수준.
염과 알칼리, 비산화성 (non-oxidizing), 약 650 ℃ 의
고온 환경에서도 물성의 변화가 거의 없는 특징입니다.
AMS 4676 재질은 Precipitation Hardening 또는 보통
Age Hardened 라고 부르는 열처리 합니다.
AMS 4676 금속은 marine propeller shafts, pump shafts, impellers, valve trim,
drill collars high, fasteners and bolting, 전자기 부품 용도로 사용됩니다.
AMS 4676 은 UNS N05500, Monel® K-500, Alloy K500
EN 2.4374, 2.4375, NiCu30Al, NA18 재질과 비교 가능합니다.
※ Aging (시효 : 時效)
A phenomenon in which, after cooling or cold working, the properties
of steel (for example, hardness) are changed with a lapse of time.
This may sometimes be used as an operation intended only for age hardening.
시효 처리는 열처리 합금의 석출 경화 과정을 의미하며 열처리 온도에 따라
자연 시효 (Natural Aging)과 인공 시효 (Artificial Aging) 으로 구분되며
자연 시효 (Natural Aging)는 상온에서 일정 시간 유지하는 열처리이고
인공 시효 (Artificial Aging)는 석출물의 빠른 발현 진행 시키려고 하는
고온에서 일정 시간 유지하는 열처리를 의미합니다
※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.
산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.
※ 비투자율 (Relative permeability : µr : 比透磁率)
어떤 물질의 투자율 (µ)과 진공의 투자율 (µ0) 과의 비율 (µ/µ0 = µr)을 말합니다.
비자성체의 µr 은 1 에 가까우며, 자성체는 이와 반대로 1 보다 아주 큽니다.
물질의 투자율 µ0 = 4π×10-7 (H/m)입니다.
※ Permeability (투자율 : 透磁率)

Usually, initial and maximum permeabilities are used.
