AA A206.0 재질은 고용화 열처리와 석출 경화 처리에 의해
높은 강도 재질인 알루미늄 casting 합금 재료 Symbol 입니다.
정밀 주조, 금형 주조, 사형 주조, permanent mold (PM) 방법으로 제조할 수 있으며
4.6Cu-0.35Mn-0.25Mg-0.22Ti 화학 조성을 가지는 열처리 가능한 금속입니다.
AA A206.0 재질에서 Copper (Cu)는 알루미늄 시효 경화에 대표적인 원소이고
Magnesium (Mg)도 고용 강화에 의한 강도 향상 원소입니다.
AA A206.0 재질 합금 원소, Titanium 은 결정립 미세화로 강도를 높이고
Manganese (Mn) 은, 알루미늄의 내식성을 저하 시키지 않고 강도를 높입니다.
AA A206.0 은, 기계적 성질이 우수하고, 절삭성은 좋으나
주조성이 좋지 않은 재질입니다….용탕의 유동성을 높여주는 Silicon 함량이 적음
항공기 부품, 전투 차량, 자동차 부품, Off-road car, Gun-mount 용도로 쓰이며
AA A206.0-T4 보다 AA A206.0-T71 재질의 강도가 높습니다.
화학 조성은, ASTM B29 ANSI 204.0, UNS A02040, AMS 4235,
JIS H 5202 AC1B, ISO AlCu4MgTi 재질과 비교 가능합니다.
※ Solution heat treatment (용체화 처리/고용화 처리)
A process in which an alloy is heated to a suitable temperature and is held
at this temperature long enough to allow soluble constituents to enter into
solid solution where they are retained in a super-saturated state after quenching.
합금을 적절한 온도로 가열하고 급랭 이후 과포화 상태로 존재하던
가용 성분이 고용체에 고용화 될 수 있도록 충분히 유지하는 공정을 말합니다.
※ Precipitation Hardening Steels(석출 경화 : 析出硬化)
Steels with the property of being hardened by a method wherein
a small amount of elements such as aluminium, copper, etc.
is added and compounds of those elements or the like are
precipitated by heat treatment.
알루미늄, 구리 등의 원소를 소량 첨가하고, 열처리에 의해
이들 원소 화합물을 석출 시켜, 경화 하는 성질을 지니게 한 강.
