Powder Alloy 31 Plus® (Nicrofer 3426 hMo) — N08034 재질은
Alloy 31 — N08031 재질과 높은 내식성에서는 같지만

metallurgical stability (금속적인 안정성)을 향상 시킨 재질입니다.
금속적인 안정성이란 심한 부식 환경에서 물리적 (탄성, 경도 등), 화학적 (부식 등),

움직임이 안정되어, 거의 영향이 없거나, 변화가 없는 경우로 Alloy DS (N08330),
Aloy 33 (R20033), Alloy 601(N06601) 금속도 metallurgical stability 금속입니다.

Powder Alloy 31 Plus® 재질은 2017 개정 후 새로 등재된 ASTM B625 N08034 와
대응되는 재질로 VDM Metals Trademark, Powder Metal 입니다.

Alloy 31 Plus® 금속은 Powder, Cold Rolled, Hot Rolled Sheet, Plate 형상으로
황산과 인산에 대한 극히 우수한 내식성, 좋은 용접성과 작업성 재질입니다.

Powder Alloy 31 Plus® 재질의 이와 같은 특징으로, 황산과 인산 생산 설비,
산세 장치인 pickling plants, 탈황 flue gas 설비, 제지, 화학 공정에서 사용합니다.

Alloy 31 Plus® 와 Alloy 31 을 비교하면 Nickel 함량 차이가 있으며
Nickel 원소가 SCC (stress corrosion cracking) 저항성을 높여주는 역할을 하고

Chromium, Molybdenum 원소는 국부적인 부식에 저항성을 높이는 원소입니다.
이와 같은 합금은 산화 환경과 환원 환경에 대한 높은 내식 특성을 부여합니다.

※ 산화 (Oxidation : 酸化)
The addition of oxygen to a compound,
Exposure to atmosphere sometimes results in oxidation of the
exposed surface, hence a staining or discoloration,
This effect is increased with temperature.

산소와의 결합을 말합니다.
표면이 대기에 노출되면 산화 된 결과 표면 색이 변하고 변형이 됩니다.
온도가 높아지면 산화는 가속화됩니다.

※ Pickled Surface (산세 다듬질 : 酸洗)
Finish which indicates the surface conditions of steel products, with which
the scale, rust, etc. of surface are removed by dipping into sulfuric acid,
hydrochloric acid or other acid solution.

강재의 표면 상태를 나타내며, 황산, 염산 또는 기타의 산용액에 침지 시켜
(액체에 담그다) 표면의 스케일, 녹 등을 제거한 것을 말합니다.
