P280GH 재질은 유럽 규격의 압력 용기용 단조강 재질입니다.
Elevated temperature, 400℃ 까지 항복강도 규정이 있습니다.
P280GH 단조강은 철강 5원소 (탄소, 망간, 규소, 황, 인) 외에도
열처리에 따라 강재의 물성 변화 유도가 가능한 원소가 합금됩니다.
P280GH 강재는 열처리 지정에 따라 Normalizing, Normalizing + Tempering,
QT : Quenching and Tempering 열처리 해서 사용합니다.
기계적 성질로 Longitudinal (l), Transverse (tr) 양방향에 대한 CVN Impact와
연신율에 대한 규정이 있고, P280GH 강재의 항복강도는 280 MPa min. 입니다.
P280GH 는, 단조 생산 후, 절단, 절삭, 가공해서 flange 용도로 쓰이며
SA350 LF2, A350 LF2 재질과 비교 가능합니다.
※ Longitudinal directions (압연 방향 : 壓延方向)

※ Transverse directions (역방향 : 逆方向)
Literally, across usually signifying a direction or plane
perpendicular to the direction of working.

Steel products manufactured pressure vessels and high pressure
equipment which require strength, weldability and principally
toughness at a ordinary temperature.
They are generally used for the principal portions of pressure vessels.

인성을 중요시하여 제조 된 강재로, 보통 압력 용기의 주요 부분에 사용됩니다.
