항공기의 가스 터빈 부품으로 turbine discs, shafts, and blades 용도입니다.
AMS 5661 금속은 알루미늄과 티타늄 석출 경화성 원소 합금과 몰리브덴의
고용 강화 효과로, 항복강도 100ksi (690 MPa), 600℃ 수준까지 내크리프 성질입니다.
AMS 5661 재질 초합금은 UNS N09901, AISI 681, AISI 682, EN 2.4662
Nimonic® Alloy 901, CarTech®901 Alloy 라는 Trademark 재질과 대응됩니다.
※ Vacuum Melting (진공 용해 : 眞空熔解)
Melting in a vacuum to prevent contamination from air, as well as to
remove gases already dissolved in the metal ; the solidification may
also be carried out on a vacuum or at low pressure.
진공이나 낮은 압력에서 금속을 용해하는 생산 방법으로 대기 속에
있는 산소, 불순물이 들어가지 않게 금속을 제조하는 방법으로, 의료용,
고급 금속, 특수강, 전자 산업용 금속 재료의 생산에 사용되는 방법입니다.
