AMS-QQ-A-250/4, 2424-T3 재질은 알루미늄 합금 2024 두랄루민입니다.
Sheet and Plate 형상 제품으로, 주로 항공기용 소재로 사용됩니다.
알루미늄으로는 높은 강도인 항복강도 290 MPa minimum 입니다.
탄소강 ASTM A36 항복강도 250 MPa minimum 보다 높은 강도입니다.
AMS-QQ-A-250/4, 2424-T3 금속은 강도는 높지만 내식성이 좋지 않습니다.
높은 비강도와 내피로성으로 구조용 (structural)으로 사용됩니다.
AMS-QQ-A-250/4, 2424-T3 합금은 Al-Cu-Mg 합금으로
시효 경화에 의해 높은 강도가 가능한 재질입니다.
2424-T3 알루미늄 합금은 Super-Duralumin 으로도 불리며
AMS 4037, ASTM B209, AMS-QQ-A-250/4 와, 비교 가능합니다.
※ Aluminium Temper “T3” meaning
Solution Heat Treated and Then Cold Worked
Applies to products that are cold worked to improved strength, or in which
the effect of cold work in flattening and straightening is recognized in
applicable mechanical properties.
용체화 처리 후 냉간 가공한 것으로 열처리 후 강도를 증가 시키기 위해
냉간 가공을 하고, 충분히 안정된 상태까지 자연 시효 시킨 것을 말합니다.
※ 석출열처리 (인공 시효) : Precipitation Heat Treatment : 析出熱處理 (人工時效)
A heat treatment in which the fine secondary phase is precipitated from
the supersaturated solid solution by heating at room temperature or higher.
과포화 고용체로부터 가용 성분의 석출에 의한 강화를 위하여
상온 이상에서 합금을 열처리 하는 것을 말합니다.
