SUH661 재질은 내열강 규격으로 21Cr-20Ni-20Co 합금 조성으로
730℃ 수준까지의 고온과 높은 응력, 980℃ 수준에서도
내산화성, 좋은 연성 (ductility) 특징인, Chromium, Nickel, Cobalt 합금입니다.
SUH661은 터빈 엔진, 항공기의 배기관, afterburners, 볼트, shafts 용도로 사용됩니다.
SUH661 강재는 Multimet® N155, ASTM B639 R30155, Alloy N155
KS STR661, AMS 5769 재질 등과 대응되는 내열 합금강입니다.

Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.
내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
※ Cobalt (Co)
코발트는 금속의 합금 원소로 쓰이고 연성이 좋고, 전성도 있는 재료입니다.
영구 자석용와 연자성 재료로 쓰이고, 초합금에 합금 되어, 고온 크립 강도 성질을 주고,
내마모성 합금 원소, 고속도 공구강, 전기 저항 합금, 불변강, 고온 스프링과
베어링 합금 원소로 사용되며, 용융점 1495℃, 비중 8.832 g/㎤, 강자성체입니다.
※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.
금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.
