A437 B4B 재질은 고온용 터빈용 볼트 용도의 스텐레스 재질로
Quenching and Tempering 열처리로 높은 기계적 성질 강재입니다.
A437 B4B 강재는 스팀 터빈, 가스 터빈과 같은 고온 환경에 사용되며
열간 생산 후, 냉간 인발 또는 centerless grinding 볼트로 쓰입니다.
A437 B4B 와 화학 원소가 같은 A437 B4C 재료는 B4B 재료보다 기계적 강도가
낮은 재질로 구분되지만, B4C 재료는B4B와 함께, UNS Number 가, S42200 로 같습니다.
UNS S42200 재료는 ASTM A565 Grade 616 으로,
고온용 크롬 합금 마르텐자이트 스텐레스 환봉 재질입니다.
※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.
인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
※ Martensitic Stainless Steels
Stainless steels which can be hardened by increasing carbon contents
of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.
담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.
※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
마르텐자이트는 담금질강재의 구조입니다.
Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
Martensite is the structure in quenched steel.
