AlMg3 알루미늄 합금은 Magnesium 2.60~3.60% 합금한 재료로
열처리에 의해 경화 되지 않고, 고용 강화와 가공 경화로 강도가 높아집니다.

AlMg3 금속을 포함해 5××× series 알루미늄에는 마그네슘이 합금 되지만
5% 이하 수준의 합금으로, 합금량을 높이면 압연 가공성이 저하됩니다.

AlMg3 합금은 해수에 대한 내식성이 특히 뛰어난 재질로
선박 건조와 어선, 발판, 음식 산업, 원자력 산업에 사용됩니다.

A1Mg3 W19 로 표기되면 former symbol 이고 현재 사용하는EN 재질은
AW 5754 H111 이고, 비교적 자주 사용되는 재질을 아래에 표기합니다.

※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.

냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.

※ Temper
The term “temper” means the division of mechanical properties
individually formed by various processing and heat treatment
conditions in the manufacturing process.
금속 또는 합금에 요구되는 특정한 물리적 성질 또는 기계적 성질을
부여하는 공정(예를 들면 기계적 처리 및 열처리) 후의 상태를 말합니다.

Applies to products that are strain hardened to obtain the desired mechanical
properties without supplementary thermal treatment.
The number following this designation indicates the final degree of strain hardening.

가공 경화만 한 것으로 소정의 기계적 성질을 얻기 위해 추가 열처리를 하지 않고
가공 경화만 한 것을 말합니다.
H1 기호 다음의 숫자는 최종 가공 경화 정도를 나타냅니다.
