17-4PH H1075 재질은 인장강도 1000 MPa 이상의 고강도 강재입니다.
스텐레스 재질이므로, 내식성과 함께 높은 기계적 성질 재료입니다.
17-4PH H1075 스텐 환봉은 ASTM A564 규정이고
17-4PH, H1075 스텐 판재는 ASTM A693 규정을 따릅니다.
17-4PH 강재는 17% 수준의 Cr, 4% 수준의 Cu 합금이면서
Precipitation Hardening (Aging Hardening) 열처리 강재입니다.
17-4PH 석출 경화 스텐레스 H1075 는 1075℉ (580℃)에서
4 시간 Air cooling, 경화 처리 의미입니다.
석출에 의한 높은 강도는, Copper 원소의 석출에 의한 경화 성질을 이용한 것으로
높은 강도와 내식 특성으로 우주 항공용과 석유화학 부품 용도로 쓰입니다.
석출 경화는 금속 재료의 강화 방법 중 하나로, 금속을 강하게 만드는 종류로는
가공 경화 ; 변형 경화 (Strain hardening), 결정립 미세화 (Grain refinement),
석출 경화 ; 시효 경화 (Precipitation strengthening)
고용 강화 (Solid-solution strengthening) 등이 있습니다.
※ Aging treatment (시효 처리 : Precipitation Hardening)
Heat treatment applied to a ferrous product after solution treatment
bring its properties to the required level.
Note : It consists of heating to and socking at one or more
specified temperature, followed by appropriate cooling.
철강재가 필요한 성질을 가지도록 용체화 처리한 뒤에 적용하는 열처리.
이 처리는 가열한 뒤 정해진 하나 또는 두 온도에서 일정 시간 유지하는
균열화 처리 후 적절하게 냉각하는 공정으로 이루어집니다.
