C91100 은 16% 수준의 높은 주석 합금 청동입니다.
청동은 주석을 합금 한 것으로 황동과 비교해 내식, 내마모, 주조성이
우수해, 베어링이나, 높은 하중이 걸리는 저속용 Gears, Piston Rings,
Bearings, Bushings, Bridge Plates으로 사용됩니다.
C91100 은 구리 84%, 주석 16% 합금으로, 최소 인장강도 250 MPa
항복강도 170 MPa, 대형 Block, Bar, Hollow, Bridge Plate 제품입니다.
※ Wear resistance (내마모성 : Abrasion resistance)
A property of resistance against a phenomenon in which the mechanical
scratch, metallic abrasion, etc. of relatively moving metal surfaces are
integrated and the surfaces are worn, called wear.
상대 운동하는 금속 면의 기계적 글킴, 금속적 점착 등이 종합되어서 그 면이
소모되는 현상을 마모라고 하고, 이에 견디는 성질을 말합니다.

atmosphere, moisture or other agents.
금속과 그 주변 환경의 물리 화학적 상호 작용으로 금속의
