X20Cr13 재질은 마르텐자이트계 스텐레스입니다.
마르텐자이트계 스텐레스로는, 낮은 탄소 함량인 크롬 합금 강재입니다.
단조재로 X20Cr13 스텐은 QT700 조건에서 500 MPa minimum 항복강도로
기계적 성질이 높으면서, 연성 (ductility)와 내식성 강재입니다.
X20Cr13 합금강재는 SUS420J1, 1.4021, AISI 420, UNS S42000 재료와
비교되며, Shafts, Spindles, Fasteners, Plastic Mold 용도로 쓰입니다.
단조재로 X20Cr13 QT700 은 최소 인장강도 700 MPa, X20Cr13 QT800 은
최소 인장강도 800 MPa 를 의미하고, QT조건으로 공급됩니다.
단조재로 X20Cr13 QT700 조건인 경우 규정 Hardness 는 없지만, 220~268 HBW
봉강 규격인 EN10088-3 규정으로는 230~290 HBW (외경에 따라 다름) 입니다.
마르텐자이트계 스텐레스의 특징은 열처리에 의해 높은 강도 특성이고
자성을 띄며, 오스테나이트계 보다는 내식성에서 떨어집니다.

of ferritic stainless steel and heat treatment to martensitic structure
SUS410 is representative.
담금질함으로서 마르텐자이트 조직으로 되어, 경화 시킬 수가 있는
스테인레스강으로 SUS410 — 13% 크롬강이 대표적입니다.
※ Martensite (마르텐자이트)
체심 정방체 (BCC) 구조를 가지는 준안정 고용체를 말합니다.
이것은 오스테나이트가 확산 기구가 아닌 방법으로 변태 되어 형성됩니다.
마르텐자이트는 담금질 강재의 구조입니다.
Metastable solid solution with a body-centred tetragonal crystal or a
body-centered cubic crystal having the same chemical composition
as that of the original austenite.
It is formed at a temperature of point Ms or lower by the transformation
of austenite without diffusional mechanism.
Martensite is sometimes produced by plastic deformation of austenite.
Martensite is the structure in quenched steel.
