51CrV4 재질의 특징는 스프링용 저합금강재입니다.
S50C 수준의 탄소량으로 담금질 열처리성이 좋은 탄소량에
담금질성을 더욱 높여주는 Chromium 원소와 공구강 합금 원소인
바나듐을 합금하고, QT 열처리 하면 인장강도 1000 MPa 이상입니다.
Annealed 공급 조건에서는 HBW 248 maximum 수준의 경도 값입니다.
51CrV4 강재는 한쪽 끝 경화능 강재로도 열처리할 수 있습니다.
51CrV4 강재는 환봉, 단조재, Flat Bar, Sheet, Coil 형상으로 공급되며
개정 전 Symbol 50CrV4, ASTM A6150, AISI 6150 재질과 대응됩니다.
※ Chromium (Cr : 크롬)
When used as an alloying element, chromium increases the hardenability of steel
and in association with high carbon gives resistance to wear and abrasion.
Chromium has an important effect on corrosion resistance and is present
in stainless steels in amounts of 11.5-20%.
크롬은 강에 합금 원소로 사용되며, 크롬량이 증가하면 경화성이 높아지고
고탄소강에는 내마모 성질을 부여합니다. 크롬은 스텐레스강에서 가장
중요한 원소로 11.5~20% 수준 합금 되어, 내식 성질을 부여합니다.
※ Vanadium (V) – increases shock resistance, strength, and hardness.
Retards grain growth even after exposure to high temperatures.
바나듐 원소는 경도와 강도, 충격 저항성을 높이고,
고온에서 결정립의 성장을 지연 시키는 원소입니다.
