AMS 5895 금속은 704℃ 수준에서도 내식성이고, 816℃ 수준에서도
내산화성 금속으로, 시효경화에 의한 높은 강도 금속입니다.
AMS 5895 는 강재의 내부에 가스나 불순물 등을 제거한 청정강으로 제조하려고,
소모전극용해 방법으로 생산하는 Fe-Base 초합금으로, 단조, 봉, 링, 와이어 형상입니다.
AMS 5895 초합금은 A638 Grade 660 또는 Type 660. AISI 660 과 대응되고, UNS S66286,
Alloy 286 으로도 불리고, 높은 크리프 강도의 오스테나이트계 비자성 재료입니다.
AMS 5895 내열 재료는 극저온에도 사용되고. aircraft and industrial gas turbines,
fasteners, bolts, automotive applications, offshore oil & gas 산업에 사용됩니다.

Property of materials that are used at above 550℃ (for steel : wustite point)
due to their excellent resistance to the effects of hot gases and products of
combustion as well as their resistance to the influence of molten salts and
molten metals but also showing good mechanical properties during short
and long-time stressing.
내열성은 550℃ 를 넘는 연소 가스의 영향에 저항성 성질 뿐 아니라 용융염,
용융 금속에도, 짧은 시간부터 오랜 기간 응력에 대한 영향에서, 좋은 기계적
성질과 내산화 내부식 성질입니다.
대개의 금속은 540~550℃ 수준을 넘는 온도 노출되면 미세 구조의 변화로
심한 연성 저하와 충격 강도의 저하가 있습니다.
※ Creep strength materials
Steels, nickel- or cobalt alloys with minimum 8% chromium, which are
characterised by good mechanical behaviour at temperature above 500℃
under long-range service condition ; i.e. primarily by creep strength
to 1% plastic strain or creep rupture strength during long-time stressing.
강 (鋼)이나, 니켈 합금, 코발트 합금이면서 최소 크롬을 8% 이상 합금으로
500℃ 이상의 환경에서 사용될 때, 좋은 기계적 성질을 보이는 금속을 말합니다.
