CW722R 재질은 Lead (Pb) 합금으로, 좋은 절삭성을 가지는
쾌삭 황동이면서, 높은 인장강도와 내식성입니다.
CW722R 합금의 α + β structure, Dual 조직은 α 단상 (single phase)
합금보다 높은 강도와 기계적 성질이지만, 연성 (ductile)에서는 떨어집니다.
Fe, Mn, Sn 합금으로 기계적 성질을 높인 재질로
BS CZ115 재질과 대응되며, 용접성이 좋은 황동입니다.
CW722R 동합금은 fasteners, Gas valves, fittings, pump trim, gears, locks,
heavy-duty electrical connectors, marine components, decorative 용도입니다.
※ Mechanical properties (기계적 성질 : 機械的性質)
Various properties relating to mechanical deformation and
breaking such as tensile strength, yield point or proof strength,
elongation, reduction of area, hardness, impact value,
fatigue strength, creep strength, etc.
인장강도, 항복점, 연신율, 단면 수축율, 경도, 충격치, 피로 강도,
크리프 강도 등 기계적인 변형 및 파괴에 관계되는 성질을 말합니다.
※ Ductility (연성 : 延性)
The property of metals that enables them to be mechanically deformed
when cold, without fracture. In steel, ductility is usually measured by
elongation and reduction area is determined in a tensile test.
금속에 인장력을 줘 소성 변형을 일으켰을 때, 끊어짐이 없이 선 (line)상으로
늘릴 수 있는 성질을 연성이라고 하고, 연성은 인장시험에서
연신율 (Elongation), 단면 수축율 (Reduction area; RA)로 측정합니다.
물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변할 수 있는 능력입니다.
쉽게 말해 물질이 파괴되지 않고 유연하게 변형할 수 있는 능력입니다.
