SNCM439 Plate 재질은 저합금 기계구조용 합금강재입니다.
니켈과 크롬, 몰리브덴의 합금으로, QT 열처리성이 좋은 재질로
QT 열처리 하면 항복강도 885 MPa minimum 의 고항복강도 재료로
그냥 일반 구조용 탄소강재 ASTM A36, 250MPa, KS SS275, 275 MPa minimum 과
비교하면 3배 수준의 높은 항복강도 강재로, 기계구조용으로 쓰입니다.
SNCM439 Plate , 니켈 (Nickel)는 강에 인성과 강도를 높이는 경화능 향상 기능을 하며
몰리브덴 (molybdenum) 원소도 경화능 향상 기능과 저합금강에서 템퍼 취성의 감소,
크롬 (chromium)도 경화능 향상 원소로, Ni+Cr+Mo 의 원소에 의한
QT 경화성도 높아지지만, 탄소량 0.40% 수준으로, 탄소 또한
QT 경화성을 높이는 결정적인 역할을 합니다.
※ Temper embrittlement (템퍼 취성, 뜨임 취성)
Embrittlement which affects certain quenched and tempered steels, after
socking at certain temperature or during slow cooling through these temperature.
This embrittlement reveals itself by a displacement of a transition curve for the
impact strength of the base metal towards higher temperatures.
It disappears after reheating at a temperature above 550℃ followed by rapid cooling.
특정 온도에서 균열화 하거나 이 온도 부근에서 서서히 냉각하면 담금질 후
뜨임 된 강재에서 취성이 발생하는 현상을 말합니다.
이 취성은 모재의 충격 강도 천이 곡선이 (연성-취성 천이 온도가) 고온 쪽으로
이동 됨으로서 드러납니다.
이 취성은 550℃ 이상으로 재가열 후 빠르게 냉각하면 없어집니다.
※ 열처리 ( Heat Treatment : 熱處理)
철강재의 전체 또는 일부에 열 사이클을 적용하여 그 성질 또는 조직을 변화 시키는
일련의 작업으로, 철강재의 화학 조성은 이러한 작업 과정으로 변할 수 있습니다.

or partially exposed to thermal cycles to bring about a change in its
properties and/or structure.
The chemical composition of the ferrous product may possibly be
modified during these operations.
