1.7258, steel name 24CrMo5 재질은 크롬-몰리브덴 합금강재입니다.
DIN SEW 550 — 단조 규격은, 현행 1.7218, 25CrMo4 재질과 비교됩니다.
크롬과 몰리브덴의 저합금 강재로, QT 열처리에 의해 높은 강도가 가능한
강재이고, 1.7258 재질은 KS SCM 425 재질과 비교되지만, SCM425 는
거의 공급성이 없는 강종으로, SCM430 과 비교해야 됩니다.
약 500 ℃ 수준까지 높은 0.2% 항복강도 — 235 MPa minimum 수준입니다.
이전 규격 1.7258, 현재 비교 가능한 규격 1.7218 강재는 크리프 강도, 550℃ 에서
100,000h, 36 MPa — 참고 값 수준과 -50℃/40 joule min. 저온 및 고온용 강재입니다.
※ Creep strength (크리프 강도)
Stress to cause specified strain in specified loading period of
time at constant temperature.
For example, the stress causing strain 1%, 0.1%, 0.01% in 1000h.
일정 온도하에서, 규정된 부하 시간에 규정된 변형이 생기는 응력.
예를 들면 1000 시간에 1%, 0.1% 또는 0.01%의 변형이 생기는 응력이 사용됩니다.
※ Molybdenum (Mo)
Its use as an alloying element in steel increase hardenability and
in low alloy steels reduces the risk of temper brittleness.
It is used in stainless steels as well as high speed steels.
It is increases the high-temperature tensile and creep strengths in steel.
몰리브덴은 경화능 향상 원소이고, 저합금강에서는 템퍼 취성을 감소 시키는
역할을 합니다. 몰리브덴은 고속도강부터 스텐레스까지 합금 되는 원소입니다.
몰리브덴은 강에서 고온 강도와 크리프 강도를 높여주는 역할을 합니다.
