CC765S-GS 로 표기되면 망간 청동으로도 부르기도 하고
Leaded high strength yellow brass 라고도 부릅니다.
CC765S-GS — sand casting, CC765S-GZ — continuous casting,
CC765S-GM — permanent mold casting, 약호에 따라 세분 됩니다.
CC765S 재질은 valve stems, marine casting, 펌프의 몸체로 쓰이며
Lead (Pb) 합금에 의한 쾌삭 성질을 가지는 비중 8.32 g/㎤ 금속입니다.
CC765S 합금은 DIN-EN 개정 전의 DIN 규격인 DIN 1709 CuZn35Al1 의,
2.0592.01 — sand casting, 2.0592.02 — permanent mold casting,
2.0292.03 — centrifugal casting 규정과 대응되며, ISO CuZn35AlFeMn,
ASTM B 271, ASTM B584 규정의 C86400 재질과 대응되는 규격입니다.
Lead 합금 쾌삭 성질이지만, 비교적 작은 합금으로
절삭성은 중간 정도, 동합금으로서도 중간 정도의 강도 재질입니다.
※ Free cutting steels (Resulfurized : 쾌삭강, 快削鋼)
Steels to which free cutting properties is improved by
individual or combined addition of phosphorus (P), sulfur (S),
lead (Pb), selenium (Se), tellurium (Te), calcium (Ca), etc.
인, 황, 납, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 칼슘 등을 단독 또는 복합으로
첨가하여, 피삭성을 높인 강.
※ 연속 주조 (Continuous Casting)
주형에 용융 금속을 연속적으로 공급하고, 금속이 응고함에 따라 주형의 다른 부분에서
연속적으로 뽑아내어 제품이 형성되는 주조 방법으로 길이는 주형의 칫수와는 무관합니다.
