A5052P-H112 알루미늄 합금은 비열처리재로, Plate, Sheet 인 경우
A5052에 “P”을 붙여서 A5252P 로, 표기하는 마그네슘 합금 재료입니다.
A5052P-H112 재질에 마그네슘을 합금하는 이유는 고용강화에 의한
강도를 높이려는 목적으로, A5052P-H112 재질은 알루미늄
합금으로는 중간 수준의 강도에, 높은 내해수 부식성 재료입니다.
성형성과 용접성이 좋고, 선박과 건축용 재료, 식음료 용기, 공구함으로 쓰입니다.
※ Temper H112
Slightly strain-hardened from working at an elevated temperature from a limited
amount of cold work (mechanical property limits specified)
열간 가공에 의해 얻어지거나 또는 아주 약한 냉간 가공만을 가한 상태에서
기계적 성질이 보증 된 전신재 알루미늄의 Temper 약호입니다.
※ Temper H
Strain Hardened (Wrought Products Only) – Applied to products that have their
strength increased by strain hardening with or without supplementary thermal
treatments to produce partial softening. Two or more digits always follow the H.
가공 경화 한 것 – 적절하게 부드럽게 하기 위한 열처리의 유무에 상관없이
가공 경화에 의해 강도를 증가한 것을 말합니다.
※ Strain hardening (가공 경화)
Modification of a metal structure by cold working, resulting in an increase in strength
and hardness, generally with some loss of ductility.
냉간 가공에 의한 금속 조직의 변화로 강도와 경도의 증가를 유발하며
일반적으로 연성이 감소되는 현상이 있습니다.
